关于美国交互设计，你了解多少

交互设计，又名互动设计，Interaction Design，是定义、设计人造系统行为的设计领域。交互设计在于定义人造物的行为方式(the "interaction"，即人工制品在特定场景下的反应方式)相关的界面。

交互设计师首先进行用户研究相关领域，以及潜在用户，设计人造物的行为，并从有用性，可用性和情感因素(usefulness, usability and emotional)等方面来评估设计质量。交互设计是一种如何让产品易用，有效而让人愉悦的技术，它致力于了解目标用户和他们的期望，了解用户在同产品交互时彼此的行为，了解“人”本身的心理和行为特点。同时，还包括了解各种有效的交互方式，并对它们进行增强和扩充。交互设计还涉及到多个学科，以及和多领域多背景人员的沟通。通过对产品的界面和行为进行交互设计，让产品和它的使用者之间建立一种有机关系，从而可以有效达到使用者的目标，这就是交互设计的目的。美国交互设计鼓励多样化，有些同学可能想尝试另类的素材，对于这个专业只要是合理的，符合用户的需求，或者说，更适合表达自己的想法，就完全可以用。

交互设计在中国是一个新兴的产业，但是随着中国电子系统对人们生活影响的逐渐扩大，中国交互设计师将面临一个很大的缺口。交互设计师在一些公司的职位列表中通常又被称为用户界面设计师、可用性设计师、用户体验设计师等。团队内部把交互设计师的岗位命名为交互设计工程师，这意味着交互设计师职业定位朝着一专多能的复合型人才方向发展。
